30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Daisymie, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a successful return process, please confirm that your item meets the following criteria:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
  • Original tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

Contact our support team at contact@daisymie.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and prioritize a resolution (replacement or refund).

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from our return policy for hygiene and customization reasons:

  • Personalized Goods: Custom orders or items with personal modifications.
  • Perishables: Food, flowers, or plants.

5. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet our standard eligibility criteria (original condition, tags, and packaging).

6. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method.

7. Situations Not Covered

Daisymie reserves the right to decline refund/replacement requests for:

  • Subjective reasons (change of mind, personal taste).
  • Errors made by the customer (wrong size, incorrect shipping address, or typos in custom info).
